Query Tool

The table view, month by month, is great. I wish there was a way to print the report. Thank you.

When using the analyze tool the last 12 mo view isn't great: it includes the current month which knocks off all of the averages, totals, etc since when I'm viewing the tool it's generally at the beginning of a month. Would be great if the current month was excluded and last 12 months was effectively "last full 12 months"

Currently, only categories that have a positive or negative balance will display. If there is no data, the category row isn't displayed at all. There should be an option to show all categories, regardless of balance.

In the "Query" tool, I can group by pretty much any combination of account, tag, and category, OR I can group by payee or by recurring ... but there's no way to group by category, and within those categories show payees. I would like to be able to group by "Category/Payee". (My specific use-case is that most of my regular charitable giving goes under one category, but each recipient gets their own line-item in my budget spreadsheet, and when I do my year-to-date budget check I want to be able to see which of those I've done for each month.)

Add a pie chart option to display expenses as percentage against total income. The current pie chart display in the Query Tool shows expenses against total spending. For example, with $1000 of income and $200 spent on restaurants, restaurants would represent 20% of the pie. The remaining portion would be shown as “Remaining income,” so the chart represents 100% of income.

I budget for a biweekly paycheck, so I have a custom budget period set up. This works great! However, the analysis tabs aren't that useful. I can set a custom period so I can look at the stats from one budget period, but I can't see stats across multiple budget periods, I can only see them per every week or month. While it's nice to look at the monthly periods to see everything in context of my bills, I want to also look at my spending in context of my budget periods. Is this possible? The time granularity dropdown in the Query Tool is limited to days, weeks, months, and years. Adding a “budget period” option would enable analysis aligned with users’ actual budgeting cadence across multiple cycles.

Please add "does not contain" option within filter transactions. For example, you could then set "Payee" "DOES NOT CONTAIN" "AMAZON". Currently the options are limited to "matches exactly," "contains," and "starts with"

Adding the account type as a data set filter will allow the visualization to show the spending of credit vs cash which can be very helpful in understanding where net worth is being variable.

The 'Stacked Bar' chart in the Query Tool on the Analyze page only shows bars for the category groups, but the category filter menu includes subcategories. Disabling or enabling subcategories doesn't currently change anything in the graph. Additionally, disabling one subcategory in a group disables the entire group. Ideally, the group's bar should change based on the subcategories included. Disabling one subcategory shouldn't disable the group as a whole. The group should remain visible in the stacked bar chart and reflect the sum of the enabled subcategories.
