Use case
- I want to enter a new transaction that is just slightly different from another similar one.
- I could right click on the transaction / select it and go through the normal transaction creation process, but with the original transaction's data prefilled.

Completely agree ! To duplicate an existing transaction should be a must-have. Actually I don't understand how this suggestion is "UNDER REVIEW" since February 2021 ...

I have some savings accounts that are not automatically imported. When I make transfers to these savings accounts, I have to create the movement manually. Lunch Money could at least have an option to duplicate transactions.

Totally agree. I am also thinking about how to make easier to add simple cash transactions. I usually have frequent transactions paid by cash like coffee, bread and it would be great to have data prefilled and create them with just 1 or 2 clicks. I created this feature request which is quite similar.

Being able to duplicate a transaction would be really nice so that it keeps the notes and everything consistent, etc. This would be a quick win I think, as it seems like low-hanging fruit for a nice quality of life improvement.
