Account names in CSV export don't match account names in LM

Currently, the CSV export from the Transactions page exports the 'Account name' field instead of the 'Display name' field for the 'Account' column. It should use the 'Display name' field, to match the way the account name shows up in Lunch Money.

This has been addressed in release #251.
The account_name column in the Transactions CSV export now uses the Display Name field, matching how account names appear in the Transactions table.
