Transaction Rules - Email Rules - Ability to set frequency besides daily

Currently an email is triggered daily when transactions are imported. Suggestion to have the ability to change the frequency to weekly or bi-weekly etc.

I like this idea. In my use case, a weekly summary of all transactions i.e. Fridays at 2PM, would be more useful than instant updates, often more than one email per day.
