Support a rule that deletes itself after matching ones.
Use cases: used in anticipation of a transaction (i.e. the next Amazon transaction for $20 that comes in, categorize it as "Home" and set notes to "Detergent")

Raoul: Hi Raoul, this is actually in production now! To create a rule that deletes a transaction, create the rule from the Transactions page instead of the Rules page.
