Over time, I have accumulated hundreds of rules, and it's very hard to manage them without a way to bulk edit them. An alternative to enabling bulk editing them is enabling exporting/importing rules.

This would also make it easy to share rule(s) with others as well or add example rules in support that users could easily apply to their accounts.
