Add rule action to flip transaction sign (amount type)

It's not unusual for Plaid to get transaction signs wrong and mark an expense as income or income as an expense, especially with investment transactions. Sometimes all transactions in an account are wrong, but sometimes only certain ones are, so it would be extremely helpful to be able to create a rule that can just flip the sign when necessary.

Allow rules to convert a transaction's amount to positive (mark as income / flip sign)

Problem
-----------
Several of my banks post interest payments as negative amounts even though they are clearly credits — the payee even reads Interest Received. Today there's no rule action that can flip the sign or force a transaction to be treated as income, so every single interest deposit has to be corrected by hand.
Why it matters
-----------------
Interest, refunds, rebates, and cashback are recurring and predictable per-account. A sign-flip action turns a repetitive manual chore into a set-and-forget rule and keeps income totals accurate automatically.

Same request from me. All of my interest transactions are being assigned as a negative value, even though the metadata shows them as positive.

I also have this issue with Fidelity so this type of rule would be super helpful.

Yes, please, this will allow us to fix plaid's inability to understand fidelity cash management account also. (It calls everything a "subtype":"withdrawal", deposits and withdrawals alike.)

Plaid reverses the sign on credits and debits (but not on asset purchases) when connected to Interactive Brokers. I don't think this will get fixed anytime soon, it would be nice to correct this behavior with a rule.
