Use user-defined category order for Query Tool visualizations

Query Tool visualizations currently display categories based on the time they were created. Instead, the display order should respect the order of categories as the user set on the Categories page.

This has been addressed in release #276. Categories in the Query Tool's bar graph, line chart, and stacked bar visualizations now display in user-defined category order!
