Monthly Inflows and Outflows Report by Category

Currently, all reports show the net cash flow for each category, combining inflows and outflows in a single column.
It would be helpful to have a tabular report that breaks down incoming and outgoing transactions by category for each month, displaying credits and debits in two separate columns.
This report would show the total amount going out and coming in separately for each category.
Example:
