On Overview, under the Budget Breakdown, the length of the bars (i.e. the black area) could be proportional to the budgeted amount.

This would make easier to catch big budgets and their respective issues. This, in turn, would allow to identify the overall financial status of the month.

Now, a few bucks budget has the same "visual weight" as a substantial one.
