CSV import: amount in two columns

Some banks provide CSV files in which the amount is split across two columns: one for debits and one for credits (both are positive numbers). It would be lovely if the CSV importer could support this format.

Hi Alan! We support this already. In the CSV importer where you match columns, look for "CSV Column Options" and set "Amount" to "Use double column".
