Combine E-transfers on stats page

I have multiple e-transfers to a single person for the same amount each month. There should be a way to combine all of these so other larger expenses can be seen on the first page.

Hi Din from Lunch Money , that does not match my request. For e-transfers in Canada, the description changes between transactions even if it is to the same recipient due to the transaction ID being added to the name. I would like there to be a way to automatically link their merchant names so other large transactions don't hide behind this recurring monthly transaction.

Muhammad Ali Chagani: Hi, apologies for the delayed response here! If the payee name is slightly different, you can create a rule to automatically clean up the payee name. For example, if the payee name varies like this: "Lenny #1020", "Lenny #2039", "Lenny #2091", etc. You can create a rule like this: If... payee name
contains
"Lenny", then.. set payee to "Lenny".This way, it will look for any payee names with the word "John" in them and set them all to the same, removing the transaction id from the name, ensuring that they are combined for the Stats reports.
The original name still remains saved in the Original Name field and in the metadata, so you'd still be able to refer to it if you need to!
