⭐️ Improvements

Email notifications for digests now managed independently for each budget account
User-defined account type and subtype now locked-in and prioritized over Plaid's
Period header on Transactions, Recurring, and Calendar pages now reflect the user-defined date format preference (i.e. Jan 2025, January 2025, 2025/01, etc.)
Added toggle to exclude the first header line of CSV files to prevent the '1 malformed line' error

🔧 Bug Fixes

The one where clicking the "Clear" button didn't reset the Transactions list
The one where the "Unlink all recurring" bulk-edit option didn't work
The one where tags added while splitting or by a triggered rule didn't display until page refresh
