🎁 New Features

Manually-managed assets can now be set as "closed". Closed accounts will have their transactions, recurring items, and balance history preserved, but will no longer show up in dropdowns or list of active accounts.
A category group's budget will now be automatically updated if a child category is set unless the sum of children category budgets does not exceed the category group's budget.
The "Other" asset type has now been split into "Other liability" and "Other asset"
