With the "rollover"/"envelope" feature of the "beta" budgeting update, I can move funds between budget-items ... but I can't move available funds from one category into another. If the "Move" (amount) field at the top is equal to the currently available amount, the "Move Budget" button at the bottom is disabled. (As I would expect it to be if the requested-to-move amount were than the available amount.)

There's a related request here: https://feedback.lunchmoney.app/budget/p/button-to-reset-budget-rollover-amount-to-0 . But I want the rolled-over funds to go to another category, not just go away, as far as the total budget is concerned.
