I start a new budget at the beginning of each year, so I don't want any amounts rolling over from December of one year to January of the next. It would be great to have a one-click solution to reset the rollover amount of a single budget or for all budgets (that have a rollover) to $0.
Mint has a reset button that you can click for each individual category to reset the rollover to $0, so I'm looking for the same thing, plus the ability to click only once to reset all rollover amounts to $0.

Thank you so much for this feature! I just created my August budget with the new tool yesterday and it was extremely intuitive and exactly what I was looking for (having a "budget" that matches my monthly income while allowing "rollovers" to spend previous periods excesses). Such a QoL improvement!

This was addressed in release #238. 🎉
You can now reset the rollover balance at any point in time, for the general pool and/or individual categories, by creating balance adjustments. Balance adjustments are listed and can be managed under 'Adjustments History'.
Thanks to everyone who requested and voted on this!

This feature is currently supported in our new budgeting feature, currently in Beta testing! It is supported via the notion of a "rollover start date" which you can reset anytime. Get free early access at https://my.lunchmoney.app/community
