Tags added when splitting or by rule don't appear until page refresh

On the Transactions page, when splitting a transaction ('Transaction Details' panel > Split Transaction), the tags added to the splits don't show up in the table or in the individual split's 'Transaction Details' panel until the page is refreshed.
Also, if a tag rule is triggered after a transaction update, it doesn't immediately show up and requires refresh.

This was addressed in release #248. š
Tags added while splitting or by a triggered rule now display immediately, without requiring a page refresh.

On the Transactions page, when a transaction update triggers a Tag Rule, the added tag(s) immediately appear in the table, but are initially missing from the 'Transaction Details' panel until the page is refreshed.
This also occurs when splitting a newly created transaction with tags, immediately after creation. If you go to split it without refreshing the page first, the tags don't appear and you can't select tags either.

This same problem occurs when tags are added to child transactions from the Split Transaction dialog
