"Select all" checkbox is applied to non-visible items

In the transaction view, there is a "select all" checkbox. Clicking this checkbox also selects transactions not currently visible due to pagination.
I find this dangerous.
I like the way Gmail does it:

This was addressed in release #248, and the "select all" / "deselect all" checkbox now only applies to visible transactions. 🎉
