When trying to move money from a category with group level budgeting enabled, it doesn't allow the 'Budgeted' amount to go negative. For example, I have an 'Eating Out' category with 'Fast Food' and 'Restaurants' as the subcategories, but I budget at the 'Eating Out' level. If my current budgeted is $75 and available is $200, and I try to move $80 from 'Eating Out' to 'Shopping', it gives me an error instead of making the 'Budgeted' -$5. It also gives a misleading success message even though it failed. Attached the conflicting screenshot.
