Overview page reminder to set next period's budget

Previously, I got a reminder on the Overview page the last couple of days of each month to set the budget for the next month. Currently, the card just shows the budget status, which would show "Balanced for this period!" if no 'Budgeted' amounts were set.
It would be great if the card showed the same behavior as before, where it would say "Set [month] Budget" and "There is no budget set for [number] categories".
