Manually apply budget presets to multiple periods at once

Budget Presets can currently be applied in bulk within a single budget period using the "Apply budget presets" button. Add the ability to apply fixed budget presets across a selected range of budget periods (past and/or future) in one action (i.e. apply the same budgeted amounts for the next 12 periods).

I'd like to be able to select the categories, the budget amount(s) (may or may not be the same as the pre-set), and the set of budget periods that I want to adjust with a single action.

My use case is that I like to budget for the entire year to see how my finances play out. So either being able to select all periods for this calendar year or having there be an "all periods in 2026" option would be ideal.
