On the Budget page, the inflow and outflow tables have the category name column in a set width, meaning that when working on a narrow screen where the table cannot be fully displayed, you have to scroll to the right to see the Budgeted/Expected, Activity, and Budgetable/Available columns.

It would be great if the category name column's width adjusted dynamically to the page size. Category names rarely take more than a third of the existing column size. The Budgeted/Expected, Activity, and Budgetable/Available column widths can remain fixed and unchanged.

If the table width adjusts and the space allows for the side panel to fully display as well, then the side panel should also display expanded by default.
