Currently, a budget line-item appears to keep an "Adjustments History," a record of when the rollover amount was reset to a specific amount (in my case always "$0" at the point where my budget records start) that offers the user the ability to delete any individual adjustment. I would like to have this, or something similar, record transfers I make between budgets' rolled-over fund balances: for each such operation, display something like "Transferred $AMOUNT from [Category A] to [Category B] (remove)", with "remove" (after confirmation) causing an atomic reversal of the operation.
