This would be very helpfull. Managing a monthly budget where allocated funds are paid at the end of each previous month - meaning that for direct trends it would be helpfull to have a reporting period from 25th to 24th.

Maybe this would be a generic solution to the multiple requests for annual or at least greater-than-monthly budgets.

I really need this feature too!

I second this, currently my budget is from the 26th of previous month to the 25 of the current month. I currently use power bi to track historical trends and this is what I have so far. I chart by the budget day or day in the budget period so from 1-30 on a graph and compare from this months to last months expenses so you can see day to day spending wise if i need to slow it down or not.

In india financial year starts from 1 Apr and ends on 31 March. I would love if I had the ability to set the budget for the financial year and get visibility against that financial year.
PS- The tool is awesome :)

Support budget from Pay Day

I receive income monthly on at specific date (or around, depending on the bank holiday).
It would be great to have budgeting planned from pay day to pay day.
It is somewhat depressing to see income zero till the end of the month when I finally receive it.

Have the option to set your budget period to your pay period rather than calendar month.
