In the compact view
- Have a link from categories to the expanded budget view with that particular category selected.
- Hide categories with '0' budget but keep categories with 'no budget'.
- Allow folding categories (and thus hiding subcategories) with a single button.
In the expanded view
- Show the status of the categories next to their names, where status can be "This month's budget" or "Difference" as seen in the Compact view.
- Also allow hiding zero-budget categories
