Split up account overview into user defined groups

I have around 20 accounts and its not easy to identify each of them immediately. Would be great if I could group them either automatically by type or by manual where each group has its own table

Would love this implemented. Personally I would like to group up accounts under projects that I have going on and see the sum of those amounts per project. I.e house downpayment (currently split up in 3 accounts), Retirement savings (again in 3 accounts). Short-term spending; long-term projects, etc.

Patrick Catarinacci: it seems what you’re referring to is what Mint calls Goals. You can see the accounts that make up the goals and the total amounts. I like this idea.

Support tags or notes for accounts

I'd find it really useful to have notes and/or tags for my accounts
Eg some of my accounts are personal, some are for my business
Some are USD, some are GBP
Some are long term/pensions, some are shorter term (cash vs investments doesn't really capture this)

This may or may not be the same, depending on my understanding of what Steven is proposing, but having the ability to create user defined account types would be fantastic. Most important to me would be to separate my taxable vs non-taxable investment accounts.

Scott: This is a big one for me too. I want to breakout investment accounts by retirement & taxable (ideally, I can further break this down ("high risk taxable" vs "taxable")
