Create a way to input what your mortgage payment and interest rate is, with delineation between mortage and escrow amounts. Especially mortgage companies that are not able to automatically import transactions and details. Then when you make a mortgage payment, it can take those inputs and calculate your mortgage balance. Ideally it would be able to figure out if you are making additional principal payments based on these inputs. It would be great to include a scenario calculator too for it.
