Improve behavior of deleted synced accounts

On the Accounts page, when selecting to "stop sync and keep data" or "stop sync and delete all data", it's expected that the original account will be deleted, but it ends up showing with 'inactive' status instead (because deleting it permanently would mean access to other accounts under that connection get revoked).
It would be great if those 'deleted' accounts where differentiated from other accounts. Perhaps they could even be moved to the bottom of the Accounts list, similar to how archived categories appear at the bottom of the Categories page.
