Add more detailed information for Plaid connection errors

For connection errors from Plaid, when there's more detailed information available and/or known steps for resolution, have it display in the UI.
For example, the error "We ran into an error trying to connect to Plaid. Please try again later or contact support for assistance" means that the connection was revoked in Lunch Money and the solution is to create a new connection and then merge accounts.

Relatedly, when there's a problem between Plaid and the upstream institution, the "Account" page shows the account(s) as "Active" with the green icon.
(I recently opened a new account with Edward Jones and wanted to make sure it was imported correctly; and on opening one of my other accounts I saw "Looks like it's been a while since the last update from your bank ... Last update received 2 years ago" despite the "Active" icon in the list. When I tried to force a reconnect, after entering my password I was told that Plaid was having issues connecting to Edward Jones, and it offered to email me once this issue was resolved. My reason for mentioning this here is that in my opinion, any account that Plaid has not received data from---even a "nothing new since you last checked" response---in however long your account-inactivity timeout is should be marked in the list of accounts as possibly problematic, not "active and successfully syncing".)
