I'm in the UK; all my money is stored in GBP. I pay for lunchmoney each year in USD. I want to set up a recurring item for my lunchmoney subscription, which accurately reflects what I pay. At the moment the recurring item definition dialogue only allows me to define an amount (or a range) in GBP.
