Mark recurring item as "for next month"

Some monthly bills aren't exactly monthly 'direct debited'. (I have a monthly bill that bills x working days after the 24th of the month.) It can happen that one month there is no monthly transaction and the other there is two.
I'd like to be able to select a transaction and mark it as it was for the next or previous month. Now I am fixing it by changing the date of the transaction to one that actually isn't the real date.

Running into this. This also applies if there was a special reason where there was a single month that the recurring item didn't happen due to a credit or missing payment. It would be nice to be able to mark it as "skipped" for a particular month so that single month knows it was expected and correct that the transaction wasn't present
