Don't suggest recurring items for old recurrences

I have a lot of historic data loaded into Lunch Money. When I go to the "Suggested Recurring Items" tab, I see a lot of suggested recurrences.
However, these recurrences ended between 2017 to 2020. There's no useful budgeting reason to create a recurrence for them.
