Custom annual recurring items

I pay property taxes twice a year, but the first payment is in April and the second is in September. I can, of course, just set up two recurring transactions in the future, but it would be nice if there was a "custom" option where you could specify two or three dates that are not easily divided in half or in quarters. Thanks!

Or even just 1 date. I get an annual bonus. It comes at a specific time every year. In all other ways than the amount it looks identical to my paycheck. But it can be higher or lower than my paycheck depending on the year. So setting up recurring items always results in all my paychecks being tagged as the bonus or all my bonuses getting tagged as a paycheck.
