Allow finding and linking transactions to their Recurring item from the Recurring page

Often Lunchmoney shows an overdue expected recurring item on the Recurring page when the transaction has in fact taken place but has not been picked up by the associated rule. Currently to fix this, user has to go to Transactions, search for the item and go through the Convert to Recurring Item flow. This is inefficient, particularly if there are multiple items to fix.
Instead, provide functionality in the Edit Recurring Item sidebar for users to search/ filter and select potentially matching transactions and link them in place. Bonus points for editing the associated rule so they are caught next time.

Find and match 'missing' recurring items from the Recurring screen

The workflow for finding and matching missing recurring items (of which I have many, a lot of which I can't understand why they aren't matching automatically) is clunky from the Recurring screen - you have to click back to Transactions, find the missing item, open it and find the relevant Recurring item (if it lets you) for each one. It would be much more efficient to start from the Recurring tab and do a quick search to grab and link the correct transaction.
