On the Home tab, the Spending Breakdown and Accounts Overview sections display all items in an expanded state by default (category groups and cash type groups). Instead, if manually collapsed by the user, remember that and load them as collapsed next time the Home tab is opened.

Alternatively, add an option under Settings for users to choose whether everything should be collapse or expanded by default.
