Mobile App: Default currency should be automatically set as the primary currency

In the mobile app, the 'Default Currency' field appears to be set by default to the same currency on all budgeting accounts, even if some budgeting accounts don't have that currency set as a primary or supported currency.
Instead, the 'Default Currency' field in each budgeting account should be automatically set to match the primary currency of that budgeting account.
