MOHELA's new servicing platform

MOHELA (Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority) recently transitioned to a new servicing platform (https://studentaid.gov/announcements-events/mohela-system-transitions).
My Navient private student loans were moved to this platform. It seems they are moving all their loans to this platform, however.
I wonder if you could reach out to Plaid about adding this platform so it integrates with Lunch Money. I'm not sure if The Stop Act applies, but I'm aware it might prevent such an integration.

Hey James Barton! It should be possible to sync Navient accounts directly via the Navient integration with Plaid. Could you please give that a try, and if you run into any errors, open an in-app bank syncing support ticket via the HELP menu, so that we can reach out to Plaid to investigate? :)

Din from Lunch Money Thanks for the response. I do not have a Navient account anymore and my loans are now serviced by MOHELA's new servicing platform. I now go to https://servicing.mohela.com/ to view and pay my accounts. Also see https://navient.com/loan-servicing/
I attempted to add my old Navient account anyway, but it fails with an error "Something went wrong". I can't even attempt to add a MOHELA servicing account because Lunch Money / Plaid does not yet have that one listed. Only the old MOHELA integration is listed, which is no longer valid -- they moved all their loans to their new servicing platform.
So I don't think I can open a bank sync ticket since it wants me to select the error I'm having trouble with. I'm asking about adding a new integration for MOHELA's new servicing platform.
