As a UK-based Lunch Money user, the lack of UK & EU bank connections was a pain point for me as well, which is why I built Lunchflow: https://lunchflow.app/.

This is a "set it and forget it" system. Once you have your accounts set up in Lunch Flow, your transactions are imported daily into Lunch Money.
