I received an email from Lunch Money telling me to Relink to Canadian Tire Bank... has the status with Plaid changed or did they just forget that the linking doesn't work anymore??
I was told by Lunch Money Support last fall that Plaid is no longer able to support Canadian Tire Bank and automatic syncing is no longer possible.
I tried relinking again and it still doesn't work. Support? Explain?

Hi Sue Bowe! We re-enabled our relink alert emails, and it appears that you received one because your Canadian Tire Bank connection is in relink mode. We haven't yet heard back from Plaid with an update, and Canadian Tire Bank remains unsupported at this time.
If you'd like to disable relink alerts via email, you can toggle off the preference via Settings:

Me too -- Is Lunch Flow the only option? Plaid says "Couldn't connect to your institution"

Hey Viraj 👋
I know you already found it, but in case others come across this thread, Canadian Tire Bank is supported by Lunch Flow via MX & Finicity (https://www.lunchflow.app/coverage?q=canadian+tire), feel free to give it a try!

Amr from Lunch Flow Why does it seem like lunch flow is being pushed to us as an additional subscription Amr? Could you say Lunch Flow and Lunch Money are independent entities?

DW Hey :) I can confirm that they're independent entities. I was a Lunch Money user based in the UK that couldn't handle manually inputting my transactions, so I built that integration and things grew from there :)
I'm not sure what you mean by 'pushing'. Maintaining multiple open banking providers is quite an involved task, and it'd have taken away focus from the Lunch Money team, and impacted their current pricing, but it's a problem I was motivated to solve, for my own needs and for many other reasons. Hence why it was a win-win. It's an additional subscription because it does cost money to offer these integrations as you know.
Hopefully that answers your questions. Should you have any additional questions or feedback, I'm only a message away!
