How can I use Yodlee to sync my Australian bank accounts to Lunch money?
I have been doing with the import CSV feature, but it is quite time consuming.

With Open Banking now fully implemented in Australia I believe implementation is easier. Banktivity (competing product) provides downloads from all Aus banks (not just the big ones) via Yodlee, and all the old problems have been ironed out. I expect this comes down to whether LM can work with more than one provider (Plaid + Yodlee (solves Australia)) and to date they’ve said no…

Agree with OP.
This would absolutely set Lunch Money apart from even the big guys like YNAB (Has no interest in supporting Aussie bank sync, been asking for years) and PocketSmith (Supports Aussie banks but is very complex and more of an expense tracker/forecasting app rather than envelope budgeting app).
Especially now that a lot of our banks are supporting Open Banking.
And yes, as another user has mentioned, we are almost always forgotten down here! :(
I believe banks here use Basiq for their connections, at least afaik!

The biggest bug bear I run into when finding platforms is that Australia is often forgotten.
It would be great to have Australians Banks and Crypto Platforms such as coinspot.
