Add Note Feature

It'd be great if the LunchMoney can add the 'note' feature. I'd like to add note to my monthly budget, like when the property tax will due and how much, and remind myself to budget for certain event.

A 'notes' feature is already supported for budgets, at the category level! If you go to the Budget page and click on the arrow to the far right of the category row, you will see the 'Notes' field at the top of the 'Edit category' panel.
