accrual for annual/quarterly expenses as a first class feature

Dealing with quarterly, semi-annual, or annual costs is hard to do in Lunch Money. There are various articles on it, but they ultimately have not lead to a solution for me yet. Having to create yet another bank account to isolate this money is also something that shouldn't be necessary with a powerful app like lunch money. It should be obvious what money is available to spend in any given category, and what money is off the table because it is needed for accruals. So here's the point: Why isn't support for these things a "first class feature" in lunch money. Why should I have to figure out how to do this in lunch money using general budget and category features when frankly, a good way to do this should just be built in.
