Please add an optional apply_rules=false parameter to both single-transaction and bulk transaction updates in the v2 API, while preserving the current behavior when the parameter is omitted.

Use case: a receipt-backed category correction should be able to change only the category. Run-on-update rules can otherwise modify unrelated payee, notes, status, or tags during that correction.

With apply_rules=false, the request would update the explicitly supplied fields without executing run-on-update rules. This should work consistently for single and bulk updates and should not require globally disabling or editing existing rules.

This would make narrow, evidence-backed corrections predictable while leaving existing integrations and normal rule behavior unchanged by default.
