An OpenAPI spec would be helpful as an API developer. Benefits would include live, up-to-date docs when a new field is added as well as an easy to use SwaggerUI

It would be very useful, developers could generate client SDKs easily.
Also I am thinking about creating a custom LunchMoney GPT. For example it could parse data from a receipt, categorize items and send the data with the Lunch Money API.
