Support formatted amount columns in CSV import

Currently, if the Amount field is formatted in Google Sheets (i.e. "– $ 187.44"), Lunch Money fails to read the amount correctly. It would be great if Lunch Money automatically ignored the dollar sign and recognized debits and credits correctly. This also fails if the amount field includes currency symbols.
Accounting notation should also be supported, where parentheses around amounts indicate debits.
Also, add support for the leading dash / en dash (−100,00), as it currently only supports the hyphen-minus sign (-100,00). See screenshots.

This has been addressed in release #278 and the CSV import now has improved recognition for formatted negative amounts, including values with en- or em-dashes or with a minus sign placed after a currency symbol.
