When uploading CSV files, there are two things that can be improved to make things clearer:

1) The little 'x' to the right of the file name appears as a bullet point. It isn't easily understood that it can be clicked on to remove the file. Instead, the icon can be moved to the end of the text, and possibly changed to a trash can icon.

2) When uploading multiple files, it would be helpful to highlight which files cause the parsing error. That way, those files can quickly be removed to proceed with the well-formatted files only.
