Import Category Groups

I would like to be able to import category groups via CSV. Atm we can only import categories.
This would help with importing from YNAB (i.e.(https://feedback.lunchmoney.app/general-feature-request/p/import-from-ynab))

Hi Matthew. Improving imports from YNAB is something we are looking to improve.
In the meantime, if you are comfortable with python, I built a tool to create category groups and add existing categories to them that you could try. You can find it here: https://github.com/jpjpjp/lunchmoney-python-utils?tab=readme-ov-file#prep_categoriespy-and-create_category_groupspy
