Allow importing 'Original name'

I'm trying to import my Mint data, and the CSV files include both 'Description' and 'Original Description' columns. I'd like to map 'Description' to Payee and 'Original Description' to 'Original name'.
Please add support for mapping to 'Original name' (this could be disabled by default with a checkbox to enable similar to Tags).

We support importing "original_name" now in our CSV importing tool, and this is automatically set for Mint imports. Thanks for the feature request!
