During CSV import, under 'Additional Settings', there is not information tooltip next to the "Set delimiter" field. It should explain what it means, for those who may not be familiar with CSV files:

"The delimiter is the character that separates the values in each row. Most CSV files use a comma. If your file uses a different character, you can specify it here."
