Add bulk actions on Review Accounts step of CSV import

When importing a CSV / PDF, you currently have to manually select what to do for each account. When you have many accounts, it would be great to have bulk actions, for example:
- Select all accounts and choose "create new" (auto assign existing name)
- Select all the relevant "credit" accounts and set "credit" type in bulk
- etc.
This could be implemented by adding checkboxes and a bulk edit menu on the left-side of the screen.
